PROGRESS REPORT: Distance driven can be edited, but only temporarily - you will crash if you don't follow these instructions: Hard reset your PSP (turn off, turn on), open GT, go to your driving history, turn on 9441.x Distance Driven (TEMP) and the value will change to 9441.x (I haven't tested miles, but km works). Once your friends are satisfied with your huge distance driven number, exit driving history, and DO NOT enter again or you will crash. The change cannot be saved. That is all.
